CORE therapists aim to create a safe and confidential place to explore the deeper story behind your struggles, bringing clarity, compassion, and practical solutions.

Each therapist is individually registered with their relevant professional body and accountable for their own practice. When you book with a practitioner, they are directly responsible for your care. We share reception and booking services to make it easier for you to connect with the right practitioner for your needs.

Anne is a compassionate person, who works hard to help people develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Anne blends a psychodynamic approach with CFT, CBT and EMDR to support your unique needs. Anne welcomes individuals, couples, self-funded NDIS participants, Motor Vehicle Injury Claims, and Worker's Compensation clients, offering both in-person sessions at the Rockingham office and Telehealth options.

Beth is a compassionate and knowledgeable therapist who works with teenagers and adults who have experienced a history of life difficulties. Beth has a particular interest in working with mothers PND and parenting skills. She works from a CBT and psychodynamic approach. Beth is available for ADHD assessments. She has worked for many years with people who have experienced trauma and family-based issues and works from a psychodynamic and somatic approach. Nikki offers individual and couple therapy, art therapy and Deep Brain Reorienting Therapy. Nikki is located in Bunbury and offers telehealth.

Olivia is a Clinical Psychologist who understands the issues each life stage brings. She has experience with complex clients, particularly children and adolescents through CAMHS work. Olivia is trained in psychotherapeutic approaches including Mentalisation Based Therapy (MBT, MBT-P - Lighthouse), CBT, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Family Therapy and Solution Focussed Brief Therapy. She's also trained in Perinatal and Infant Mental Health.
Olivia is located in Fremantle and Joondalup, offering telehealth convenience to clients.
