We all have a ‘shadow self’—the parts of our personality we tend to hide or push aside. It’s the stuff we’re often not proud of or don’t like to admit to, but according to Carl Jung, understanding and embracing our shadow is key to living a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Workshop starts 10am promptly. Lunch provided. Tea/coffee/water/biscuits provided.
In this workshop, you’ll:
- Discover what the shadow self is and how it shows up in your everyday life.
- Explore the parts of yourself you might be ignoring or suppressing, and why.
- Learn practical techniques for acknowledging and working with your shadow in healthy, constructive ways.
- Find out how integrating your shadow can lead to personal growth, emotional freedom, and stronger relationships.
