According to The Workforce Institute:

  • Support Clearer Communication
74% of employees are more effective at their job when they feel heard, leading to higher engagement, better customer satisfaction, and an 18% increase in sales.
  • Help Strengthen Retention
Listening fosters loyalty, reducing turnover rates by 14.9% and cutting recruitment, onboarding, and training expenses.
  • Foster Innovation and Creativity
Some organisations report improvements in communication, collaboration, and staff experience when listening skills are prioritised.
  • Strengthen Leadership and Trust
Leaders who excel at listening build trust and stronger relationships, improving team morale, collaboration, and overall performance.
  • Support early identification and discussion of safety concerns.
Addressing safety concerns early through active listening reduces workers’ compensation claims, legal liabilities, and insurance premiums. Further, a supportive, respectful approach can help employees feel heard during return-to-work and recovery processes.

CORE can customise your course experience to meet the unique needs of your audience. Additionally, we offer on-site visits to your business, where we aim to provide engaging in-person presentations and facilitate discussions on mastering the art of deep listening to drive meaningful change and results. We all have a ‘shadow self’—the parts of our personality we tend to hide or push aside. It’s the stuff we’re often not proud of or don’t like to admit to, but according to Carl Jung, understanding and embracing our shadow is key to living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

Workshop starts 10am promptly. Lunch provided. Tea/coffee/water/biscuits provided.

In this workshop, you’ll:

  • Discover what the shadow self is and how it shows up in your everyday life.
  • Explore the parts of yourself you might be ignoring or suppressing, and why.
  • Learn practical techniques for acknowledging and working with your shadow in healthy, constructive ways.
  • Find out how integrating your shadow can lead to personal growth, emotional freedom, and stronger relationships.
